My husband and I have been attending the Bingo in South Lakeland that Palm Medical offers. Emily Hershey has been running it and she has been great! She is very personable,kind,and really makes you feel welcome ! Bingo is a great way to get out,socialize with a small group,have some fun,and even win a prize!! Anyone can attend...you don't not have to be a patient. We highly recommend you give the Bingo a try!

This is the most inept group . I have had referrals one for biopsy that took a month because the staff didn't know the codes even though Lakeland Regional faxed it to them . Finally they got it right after my husband made a personal visit to their office . Now I have a referral to an oncologist , and guess what ? They screwed up the codes AGAIN. I have personally called Hollis cancer center and they are great ! Why don't they call the hosp. and ask for the proper codes ? So now they get a personal visit again to make them do their jobs. I would change Dr's but right in the middle of a Non-Hogdkins Lyphoma diagnosis I would have to start all over again and that would be more delay in treatment !

I’ve been a patient here for over ten years, and unfortunately the quality of service has declined since the transition from Jaycare. While the doctors themselves are generally good, the front office experience is consistently frustrating. Customer service is poor, with long hold times on the phone and little to no proactive communication. Prescription refills are often delayed by days or even weeks, and patients are rarely updated unless they call repeatedly. Overall, the office staff comes across as unprofessional, unresponsive, not adequately trained and simply not qualified for the job.

I had such an amazing experience at Palm Medical! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Yaz at the front desk is always so kind, professional, and efficient—she sets the tone for a great visit every time. Mimi, the assistant, is absolutely wonderful. She’s attentive, compassionate, and makes you feel comfortable right away. You can tell she truly cares about the patients. And Lou Ann is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. She listens, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel heard and supported. Her level of care and dedication really stands out. The entire team creates such a positive, warm environment. I highly recommend Palm Medical to anyone looking for quality care and genuinely kind people!

I am so sad my insurance changed and I was no longer able to get care here. Luann is absolutely amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable. She has amazing bedside manner and is always looking and listening for what's best for me the patient. This is a really great office in south Lakeland. And if Luann is your provider you just really hit the jackpot. Thank you for being a great, safe and amazing medical provider. I have experienced my best care here and I will miss it.
